Terms & Conditions

  • Orders must be received by 2pm AEST for next business day delivery.
  • Order cut off times will change during the busy Christmas period - Please refer to our delivery information page for more details during this time.
  • Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order. If First Class Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you.
  • We make every effort to have stock available of all items, however in certain circumstances an item may not be available. If we are unable to supply an item, we will replace the product with a close alternative of equal or greater value.
  • For photographic purposes some products have been featured with additional props. Unless an item is listed it is not included in the hamper.
  • It is your responsibility to inform a First Class Hampers immediately if an order has not arrived. We use the latest technology in delivery tracking and can locate the order.
  • Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.
  • First Class Hampers makes its best endeavors to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by First Class Hampers.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
  • Cancellation of orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. Once an order has been cancelled the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
  • In the unfortunate event that a hamper has been damaged during the delivery process please call us on 1300 131 151 or email This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to organise for the hamper to be returned and a replacement hamper dispatched.
  • All advertised prices for hampers and freight are GST inclusive.
  • In making a purchase from First Class Hampers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, These terms and conditions may be changed or amended at any time by First Class Hampers without notice.
  • First Class Hampers is a proud company and is proud to have created a website which is unique in its style, colours, layout and written content. We believe any and every company who creates a company website creates something which is their own..their own style, their own words and paragraphs, their own layout. Because of this belief, we take very seriously any business who tries to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit our website for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. Any breach of these terms will be dealt with and legal action will be promptly taken.
