Delivery Costs

  • Australia-wide delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for all our hampers by joining our Customer Loyalty Club for $25.00 per year! (Learn more about our Customer Loyalty Club here).
  • Otherwise, delivery is an Australia wide flat fee of $13.50 per hamper.
  • Please note there is a $25.00 per hamper surcharge for any deliveries to the Northern Territory (NT).

Delivery Timeframe

Orders placed by 2pm AEST are express air couriered to ANY address in Australia next business day* (for non metro or remote areas please allow extra delivery time).

*We use external air freight couriers who make their best endeavours to deliver next business day, however please note next business day delivery can not be guaranteed. In some instances it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. It is advisable to order early when your hamper is required by a specific date.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday within Australia only. No deliveries occur on public holidays.

Please Note:
We do not deliver on weekends.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

NOTE: During December, please allow extra days for delivery due to the busy Christmas period.

These delivery timeframes are submitted from our courier providers however, please note that rare delays may occur due to unforeseen freight delay circumstances and First Class Hampers are not responsible for these delays.  

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available for Melbourne/Melbourne Metro areas at an extra delivery cost. Please call us on 1300 131 151 before placing your order to obtain the additional delivery fee quote.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please enter all delivery details carefully. You must include ALL address details including full street number, street name and company name if applicable. Inaccurate or incorrect delivery information can delay delivery.

If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please call us immediately so we can amend the address if the order hasn't been dispatched.

A re-delivery fee will be passed onto you from our couriers:

  • for incorrect address details;
  • when the delivery address is unattended and is unable to be signed for; and
  • the courier driver cannot leave the hamper in a safe location at the delivery address.

The minimum fee for re-delivery is $14.95.

Bulk Order Discounts

Discounts may apply for bulk orders delivered to one address - please enquire for a quote.

Late Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. We will contact the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

PO Boxes

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels & Retirement Residences

First Class Hampers make every effort to deliver your hamper the next business day to Hospitals, Hotels and Retirement Residences (e.g. Nursing Home, Retirement Village, Retirement Home). Please try to include as much information as possible including:

  • Room/Bed/Apartment Number
  • Ward Name
  • Whether the recipient is a Patient, Guest, Resident or Employee

Please ensure your recipient has enough time before checking out to receive their hamper in allowing for hampers to pass through possible security checks/mail room registers at these locations.

Please note First Class Hampers accepts no responsibility once the parcel has been signed for by these premises in ensuring they pass these hampers onto the recipient and has no control over the timeframe for these businesses to pass the hamper onto the recipient.

Delivery to a work or home address is always recommended.

Other Important Delivery Information

We cannot accept a specified delivery time (eg 5.00pm).

If the recipient is not home and there is a suitable place to leave the hamper, it will be left at the property. If there is no suitable place or there is no answer at a unit/apartment, a calling card will be left with the TOLL details to contact to arrange an alternate delivery day that suits the recipient.

Delivery to a business address is always advisable. The business/organisation name must be provided on your order for our couriers to deliver to a business address.

Cancellation, Refund and Returns Information

Cancellation of orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. Once an order has been cancelled, the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
