Now our loyal customers get the best of both worlds....FREE delivery and Australia's best and fastest air express couriers anywhere!

Why charge $25.00 for this membership?

We think it's a small amount to pay for 12 months worth of free delivery! Order 3 or more hampers in 12 months and you have already saved! Order 10 hampers in 12 months, you would save $135.00, 20 hampers..$270.00, 50 hampers..$675.00!

This is great! How do I sign up?

If you are an existing registered customer:

Simply log on and start ordering your hamper. When it comes time to check out, you will be given the option to sign up for our Customer Loyalty Club via a simple tick box. The $25.00 membership will be charged on this order. Your FREE delivery will automatically start when you choose to sign up!
 All future orders will include free delivery for the next 12 months!

If you are new to First Class Hampers:

Simply sign up as a new customer when you have ordered your hamper/s, and you will be given the option to sign up for our Customer Loyalty Club via a simple tick box. The $25.00 membership will be charged on this first order. Your FREE delivery will automatically start when you choose to sign up!
 All future orders will include free delivery for the next 12 months!

How can I keep in touch with member specials, product updates and new gift range updates?

By signing up to our Customer Loyalty Club, we will keep you updated with the latest specials and gift and product updates via our e-newsletter. You may choose to opt out of this service via an unsubscribe button but note that many of our exclusive offers and discounts will apply only to newsletter recipients.

Terms & Conditions:

There is a $25.00 per hamper surcharge to any hamper deliveries to the Northern Territory (NT)



There is a $14.95 redirection fee for all deliveries when the delivery address is unattended and is unable to be signed for, and the courier driver cannot leave the hamper in a safe location at the delivery address. This is a fee issued by the courier, not First Class Hampers.

For our ribbon branded customers – there is a $3 charge per hamper for all branding under the Customer Loyalty Club program.

Bulk orders are to be paid via direct deposit. Please contact us if this were to be a problem on 1300 131 151.

FREE DELIVERY on the Customer Loyalty Club is not in conjunction with any other offers including coupons and discounts unless announced by First Class Hampers via our weekly e-newsletters.
